Easygoing, down-to-earth, and dedicated, Zoya Bitici is a refreshing type of REALTOR Associate who upholds utmost honesty in all dealings. Priding herself on being a good listener, Zoya is able to cater to the exact needs of her buyers and sellers. Her approach is to give 110 percent of her efforts to ensure that the real estate process goes smoothly, and that each client’s unique needs are successfully fulfilled.

“Education is key to making deals and keeping people informed”, says Zoya, who constantly stays-up-to date with the latest real estate news and trends. “Also important is to actually visit and explore each neighborhood first-hand to monitor potential market changes and gain an invaluable lesson in the personality, buildings, and offerings in each distinct area”.

Raised in New York City, Zoya lived in Chelsea and later in Battery Park City. Zoya attended Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, where she studied Fashion Design and majored in Advanced Couture. Prior to entering Real Estate, Zoya worked in her design in New York and taught Advanced Couture at Parsons School of Design. Zoya then moved on to establish a restaurant and a high-end woman’s apparel boutique in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Zoya has been a realtor in Jersey City for over 3 years and had firsthand knowledge of the changes and development happening today in Jersey City. Furthermore, Zoys knows all the key players in today’s market enabling her to gather information that will assist a buyer and/or seller in closing the deal.
